Two nights over a weekend. Friends stayed in downstairs room which assisted a disability. The rooms were large and well lit. TV and ensuite bath upstairs and a shower in the ground floor room. Plenty of parking in this very quiet hideaway. However very close to the antique centres of Horncastle and the Air Force museum with a Lancaster Bomber...

The room was large and comfortable with all the facilities you could want. We got a very friendly welcome and a superb breakfast. It is close to the lovely town of Horncastle where there are plenty of restaurants and cafes. What more could you want.

Was very happy with the stay in this B&B. Host was very friendly and accommodating with extremely clean and new looking room offering a great on-suite bathroom. Also had in room hot room facilities and a nice welcome cake with fruit. I would highly recommend this place.

The perfect place to prepare and recover from the 2016 GBPF British Masters Classic Championships. The place is easy to find, very friendly owner, excellent breakfast, and loads of hot water. The homemade jams and chutney are tasty.

I stayed at this B&B for one night last week for work. What a great find - a really homely B&B, secluded and quiet. I had a double room which was extremely comfortable. There was a plentiful freshly cooked selection for breakfast in the morning. I would certainly go back. Thank-you very much Liz for looking after me, I very...

Liz was warm and welcoming, our room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. Full breakfast in the morning was a beautifully prepared English Breakfast and an excellent way to start the day. They are a bit off the beaten path which for us is a real plus because you can't beat the quiet of the English countryside.

Liz and Gary's comfortable home provided us with the perfect base for exploring more of the pretty Lincolnshire Wolds and the beautiful city of Lincoln. Our generously sized room was attractively decorated and a we had plenty of in room refreshments to choose from! The house has a lovely homely feel and Liz's breakfasts set us up for a day...

Lovely warm welcome from Liz and young Thomas after a long drive. The room (no 3) was very well presented and had some nice homely touches. The fresh milk (in a thermos flask) was great along with the tea bags and the biscuits. 2 bottles of water were also supplied and liked the addition of proper shower gel in the...

We stayed one night on our way back from visiting family in Skegness. Our room was excellent, providing everything we might need for our stay, including kettle, tea, coffee, homemade cake and fruit. The beds are comfortable and we had a list in the room for local places to eat for evening meal. On this advise we ate at the...

It has been many years since I stayed in a B&B and usually stay in a hotel when on company business, this was booked as it was convenient for my business trip and already had very good reviews. Host was friendly, bedroom and shower was immaculate and spotlessly clean, breakfast was excellent and overall represented outstanding value for money.
