A lovely warm welcome, great room, very clean and a nice sitting room for guests to relax in. The breakfast was spot-on with quality cereals, preserves and sauces etc, plus they have Marmite!. Good location too....highly recommended.

Spent one night here whilst visiting family. Spotlessly clean, friendly. And an excellent breakfast. Just a few hundred yards from the front everything you would expect from a seaside bed and breakfast.

Really great guest house / hotel. Would definitely recommend. Great staff, very helpful and spotless clean facilities. good breakfast too. Location is good for facilities in the town and whilst central, it is nice and quiet in the evenings.

We stayed at Ginnies B & B for 2 nights as we worked at a school nearby. We had a double room at the front which had a single bed in too. The room was clean, bright and modern and vey roomy. The bathroom next door was nearly as big as the bedroom and had a bath and shower cubicle....
