Visited on sat 21/2 - great service and ate off the two for one menu. The bill for 2 drinks and s three course meal for 2 came to £38 .. Not sure where else locally you would get better value for money ! Food was really good and very well presented served by efficient staff - no doubt we...

Very nice surroundings overall, waited a while for our meal.Younger staff need to find a job to do,and not stand with there hands folded while they wait for customers to finish quite uncomfortable.Food very good.

We stayed in a family room which was tight on space but clean and comfortable beds. Had a good sleep as the hotel seemed very quiet even though it was busy. My only big criticism is the reception seemed a little unwelcoming upon arrival and upon departure there was just a thank you - no question about whether we had...

We stayed here Christmas Eve for a special occasion, we were very disappointed. The room and breakfast cost £125 but probably only worth half of that. Carpets worn, stained radiator, cheap thin duvet. The breakfast was very poor, no fresh fruit, cheap orange juice. The full English was ok. Customer service was very poor, not asked if we would like...

We stayed here for a few nights over xmas and were disappointed. The room was 125.00 per night so we were expecting something special as you can a decent room in London for this price. The room was ok but very small, the hot water ran out when I was having a bath, but what upset me most was that...

Went with my partner for a meal and it was pleasant. Steak ( rump, average cut, cooked to liking ), chips, peas and a grilled tom. Good service, nice décor, not waiting too long and at a more than fair price......all down hill from there; the barmaid should have worn a mask as the drink prices were sky high and...

We came here for our staff Christmas dinner and wow, it certainly impressed us! The food was fresh, wholesome and very tasty and such great value. It's great to have hot plates too, for hot foods - a pet hate is, cold plates for hot food and decent food. Presentation and quantity was perfect and so filling so overall, Excelent!...

The bar was so crowded you had to push by people to then go through the restaurant (another 2 rooms) to get to the stairs. Basic room, up a flight of steep stairs. The shower wouldn't turn on, then wouldn't turn off. Ok, but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

This restaurant has a lovely atmosphere, the food and service are both excellent. I have never been disappointed. There are lots of tables and a seperate room for large parties/private parties. The decor is lovely but can sometimes seem a bit dark, saying this I would rather have it like this than too bright. If you are in Cleethorpes pay the...

Came here for family meal, table was booked for 20.30 but there was no table available for an hour so didn't start eating until 21:45! Starters were nice, however the sirloin steak was over cooked and not tasty, we was not given any steak knifes to use. Had to go to the bar several times to order drinks in between...
