We arrived just after 1530, and the owner was very friendly and welcoming. We were shown to our room, and shown where everything was for breakfast in the kitchenette. The room was very clean and warm and we had an excellent night's sleep. We were recommended restaurant's to try and there was a list up in the room as well. Overall...

Continental with plenty bread; jam yoghurt etc. You Coul do a basic meal with th microwave if you wanted. It was very clean...

The stairs can be a challenge with big bags, the room was small but ice with free internet TV etc. Breakfast was continental, no cooked breakfast here. Good parking and sensational views from backyard. All in all a lovely B&B in the heart of England. Not much of a town but we were just passing through

I've recently got back from a 5 day business trip and stayed at this lovely guest house. This was a very peaceful stay and was much appreciated after a hectic day. My room had a fridge cooker and microwave with all the utensils that i'd need. A large front room and en suite shower and all for half the price...

Quiet location ,but not too far from places to visit..The garden is beautiful ,a great place to relax with a glass of wine in the evening (which we did ).The continental breakfast is adequate, this is the first time we have not had a cooked breakfast when staying B & B...

Very friendly welcome, upgraded to a beautiful room with a balcony and view over the garden. So good we asked if we could add another night to our original 2 night stay. Jude was very helpful with places to eat and sites to see. We felt right at home. Although it rained most of the time we were there, we...

It makes a difference when you have a friendly welcome and the location of the property is relaxing taking in lovely views of the country side. The bedroom was clean with everything we needed including a fridge, hob (with two rings) and microwave. The breakfast is supplied for DIY and works great so that you can eat when you're ready...

We had pre-booked one night here, prior to our visit to the Bird Fair at Rutland Water, approximately 10 miles away. The places we had stayed in the past were all fully booked, so we didn't really know what to expect for just under £60 for B&B. We were pleasantly surprised when we found it. A large attractive, white painted,...

The lady who greeted us could not have been more lovely, they let us check in 2 1/2 hours early as we were attending a wedding up the road (6 of us stayed). The grounds to the rear are absolutely stunning and would be lovely for an intimate wedding reception, HOWEVER..... the rooms need dragging kicking and screaming into the...
