Stayed here for a couple of nights in between house hunting and it has been a lovely restful place for some downtime in between. The room is wonderful, very warm and cosy and the bed is excellent. Full tea and coffee making facilities with cookies on arrival. Wifi works perfectly here and there's signal even in this rural area. Very...

We spent 2 nights here and we're very happy, good bed, good breakfast. Lovely host and cute dogs. The location near Melton is great and we would definitely stay again. Nice touches such as use of the fridge and sands knowledge and recommendations.

Simply the best place I have stayed in for a very long time. I am used to business travel staying in Premier Inns, Holiday Inns, Hiltons, De-Vere's but Sandy has made this place so homely we didn't want to leave. Warm welcome, lovely room, comfortable bed, excellent service, perfect breakfast and hospitality. A welcomed, quality, difference to the chain hotels....
