Fantastic place to relax and forget about the world outside. I took advantage of three nights for the price of two including full English breakfast. The food was freshly cooked and the service fantastic. The Rooms are well furnished and the beds comfortable. Fresh towels every morning. Cannot wait to return

I'm lucky to say I live in Whalley and have such a beautiful venue on my doorstep. I was first introduced to Whalley Abbey as a venue in 2002 at my cousin's wedding and the service we received then was enough for my wife and I took book the venue for our wedding in April 2013. The personal assistance in...

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Whalley Abbey. I stayed overnight prior to a retreat day from work. From the moment I arrived the staff were so helpful, friendly and considerate to my needs. The room was clean, bright and had all the facilities I could have expected and far exceeded my expectations based upon the fact that the room rate...

If you are not part of a wedding party staying at the hotel i would not recommend this spot. We stayed on an evening where there was a wedding the following day and happened to be the only non wedding guests in the hotel. We were put in the room opposite the brides maids so at 6.30 am there was...

A reasonable choice is available. The staff are attentive, good natured and friendly. The bedrooms are comfortable and quietly situated for a good night's sleep. All in all, I could not wanted...

My wedding reception took place here on the 16th November 2014, and I can't recommend Whalley Abbey highly enough. From the planning stages through to bidding farewell to the last guest, the staff were exemplary. Thanks to their professionalism, there were no bridezilla moments! Warm, welcoming and the most beautiful backdrop to our special day, I'm so pleased we chose...

Our daughter's wedding took place at Whalley Abbey on 4 October 2014, and we cannot praise everyone there enough for their huge contribution to the enjoyment of the celebration. The friendly professionalism of the team and manager shone through, both in the run up to the day, and on the day itself - Roger, as M.C., was a star and...

Stayed here many times for Christian youth events, it never disappoints! The rooms are lovely and comfortable. Most recently stayed in the Williams room which had the added benefit of a beautiful view of the grounds! The staff are amazing and willing to help with anything a all. The food is always so delicious, and there's always loads of it....
