We stayed here September 2021 for 4 nights. Caravan lovely and clean. It's quite a small site which we liked. Theres a designated dog walk which is handy and The Steamer pub serves really good food. Theres a small shop on site and the staff who work here cant do enough for you. It's a short drive to Barley village which is the start of a few walks including Pendle Hill if that's your thing. Thetes also a couple of pubs here that serve food if you fancy somewhere different to eat. I'd say you do need a car as everything around it is a short drive away but it's a really good location for exploring the area. We did Wycoller village and the Atom, Pendle sculpture trail and Pendle Hill. I'd definitely stay here again.
We arrived on Monday the 27th September 21 for a 4 night stay … check in was easy got a little lost trying to find the caravan but that’s more my map reading than the parks issues. Caravan was a 1 bedroom van E55 it was immaculate bed very comfy with nice crisp white bedding .. shower great plenty hot water. Central heating worked a dream and van was cosy and warm in minutes. The caravan had everything you could need The park is a perfect base and location to visit lots of places we were out and about most days exploring the beautiful areas. We will definitely be back thank you for the relaxing break we both needed.
We stayed last week in the Wildcat caravan. The van was situated at the very edge of the site, with lovely countryside views, and had a grass area in front of it, which was very handy for our 15 months old puppy. All staff that we dealt with were friendly and helpful, including those in the on site pub (which is dog friendly). We also had an evening meal in the pub, The Steamer Inn, and the food was delicious!
Lovely area for sightseeing beautiful scenery walks cycling places of interest well kept roads also very peaceful area for just sitting back and relaxing skipton had shopping area also rail and canal journey
This weekend the management and staff have done a fantastic job this Saturday for owners of caravans. We started with a wonderful breakfast then in the afternoon we had singer & a comedian which was first class and to finish the night another singer
