the hotel itself is fine. Lovely food, clean and comfortable rooms. I came to. The last drop village with friends for a spa day and overnight stay. We all booked a 25 minute treatment. I chose the facial which lasted a whole 10 minutes. There was also no relaxing music in the room. The therapist was very rough it was...

The hotel & spa is lovely. The food is good but the service is rubbish. Each time we go they get the spa treatments wrong. Don't have enough relaxing area for those waiting treatments. We (9 of us) sat down to a 3 course meal. Instead of dealing a table a time they gave out each different starters, so some...

This is my third visit to the Last Drop & this time I came with my 23 year old daughter. I love the Last Drop - it feels like home from home. The staff are very friendly and the food is excellent. I love the spa with the outside pool & then a good-sized indoor pool for a proper swim....

Check in fine. Room 301. Can't get the WiFi in the room. Don't come on a windy day the sound howling in the room is unbearable at times. Also don't start a tab more hassle than its worth just pay as you go. It will be quicker when ordering drinks and food. Spa pretty good. Nice gym for a hotel.

Coach trip to Coronation St tour and Chester, our first coach trip and didn't know what to expect. Pleasantly surprised, we had a comfortable room - pity about the mould around the windows, but apart from that room was clean and spacious. The restaurant staff were brilliant. They had two coach parties in but coped remarkably well. Bit of a...

I have been staying at the Last Drop since March and would not stay anywhere else in the area. The team are attentive, friendly, helpful and provide a 5 star Level of service that makes it a home from home! The rooms are excellent if a little dated but that adds to the charm. The food is excellent and I...

Part of organised trip to Chester and Coronation Street tour. Room was comfortable but no blinds on window opening onto public area. Dinner was haphazard with poor service, couldn't cope with large amount of guests. Drinks are expensive. Self service breakfast very good.Hotel needs a general makeover.

We stayed here for 12 hours - 1 night in November as part of a coach tour and we couldnt wait to get out. The staff were rude and the rooms were dated, dirty and in need of basic maintenance.
