We stayed for one night. We had two rooms - both were unusual lay outs. The first room was at the front with spectacular sea views. We went to open the large wardrobe to find out it was a kitchen! Too much furniture in the room but the bed was clean and comfortable. The second room was smaller but had...

Caremark Thanet have hosted two Open Days at this wonderful venue. The staff are extremely polite and welcoming, we cannot fault the venue or their hospitality. We will be contacting them soon to arrange another. Thank you to Abbie and her team, best wishes Jemma Clayton, Business Development Manager

Visited this hotel with our dance group for 2 nights. We had an executive room which was so spacious we could have held our own dance in there! Beds very comfortable. Added bonus of a balcony with French doors which we left open only to be woken by the dawn chorus of seagulls! The staff are very friendly and nothing...

I can't praise this hotel enough. Comfortable, and - for the price paid - surprisingly luxurious rooms. Nothing appeared to be too much trouble for the staff, all of whom were very helpful and friendly without being unnecessarily obtrusive. And the food was quite excellent. All in all, a great experience and we are looking forward to our next visit...

The hotel is located about a mile from Margate, towards Cliftonville. It has a car park, but there is plenty of street parking at the front. Check in was simple and easy. The hotel reception areas was light and airy, but as we waited for the lift, which I would suggest is quite old, and certainly quite slow, we noticed...

Myself, plus my dad and a family friend were recommended this hotel to be the venue to hold a charity black tie banquet weekend. We each booked a room for one night with our respective good ladies to see what the hotel could offer us for a society function, and we were absolutely delighted with the price of the package...

Can't fault the overall quality of stay as customer service was acceptable. Quick check-in etc. B&B is located around 5 minutes by car from the train station, which is around a 20 minute walk. We had a nice sea view and were situated on floor 1. Got a little lost accessing our room when we first arrived. Seemed to have...

Stayed for one night on a business trip. Large room which was tired. Bathroom was brand new and done nicely. Downstairs the reception and seating areas looks like Faulty Towers. However, the breakfast room (the Orangery) was light airy and well done up. So out of season mid week bargin of £35 for the night including a good cooked breakfast....

My husband and I have just celebrated our 60th Wedding Anniversary with 70 guests for a 4 course dinner in the Orangery followed by music for dancing in the Cumberland Suite. The room looked beautiful, the food was superb and the staff so helpful and efficient that everything went so smoothly. Abbie, Tony, Justin and everybody else, not least the...

Such a beautiful little family run hotel, who treat everyone as VIPs. We stayed for their valentines night which was such brilliant value for money. Firstly the reception upon arrival. So kind and helpful. We didn't feel rushed, we were asked if we knew what the valentines menu was and offered a menu. Given our key and told directions to...
