Nice quiet B/B in the Cliftonville Area of Margate. A bit of a hike to town centre, but a Cab is only £3.30. Margate is a typical Victorian seaside town, showing its age but with some quaint and nice parts in the Old Town. The Turner Contemporary is a 30min stroll down the prom.

Stayed Saturday night and our host could not have been more helpful. Room was very nice and breakfast lovely. Typical Victorian property that has been well cared for and interesting decorations. Plenty of tea and coffee in the room. Good selection of supplies in the bathroom as well.

Hello Peter, thanks for taking the time to leave such a great review! We have attempted to restore The Warwick to it's former glory, even down to making replacement stained glass panels for our lovely original front door, which will be fitted in the next few days. Watch out for our lovely new luxurious new ensuite bathroom being built in...

Our new season's home made jams are proving very popular at the moment, our homemade plum and ginger jam especially so. The Warwick Guesthouse is a great little find in the otherwise unremarkable area of Cliftonville. Fabulous hosts, a lovely clean and fresh twin room in the attic, not to mention a superb full English breakfast with homemade almond and cherry muffins AND homemade bread to boot. We were made to feel so welcome, and if ever in the area again...

With the sea and award winning blue flag beaches right at the end of our road The Warwick is well located for lovely cliff top walks, Botany Bay is a gentle stroll of fifteen minutes away along the stunning Viking Trail which continues to Broadstairs. Margate Old Town is a fifteen minute stroll in the other direction, walking past all...

Great guest house in a slightly rundown part of Cliftonville, just on the outskirts of Margate. It's a 10 minute walk to Margate centre but it was a lovely weekend and no hardship to walk along the front. We received a warm welcome from Rob and were shown to our room in the attic. It was spacious, clean, comfy and...

We stayed two nights in a sunny, spacious and beautifully decorated room with private bathroom. It was quiet and very comfortable, our hosts looking after us so well. Amazing breakfasts, we loved the marmalade pastries! We hope to return to the Warwick next time we visit U.K.

We visited this Guest House on the May Day weekend 2015 for the Margate Mod & Soul weekender. On arrival in Margate, it is immediately apparent that is a place that has been forgotten for many years and where there has been little or no investment (note that the council is currently UKIP controlled). Even our taxi driver was keen...

Hi, thanks for taking the time to leave a review, we're glad you had such a pleasant stay with us. We constantly strive to improve our service to make our guests' stay as enjoyable as we can.
