We had a family room B for our two night stay which has breakfast included. We had an incredibly late check in just after midnight but this did not faze the staff at all as it has a 24 hr reception. The room was a little dated, basic and small, but it was clean and had everything you needed including...

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel, a lovely friendly hotel, very reasonable prices at the bar and in the restaurant and a nice choice on the menu as well, if I had to find fault it would be that the rooms, or at least our room, are very warm even though there was no heating...

Stayed for 5 nights whilst visiting family in the area. All the staff are very helpful and pleasant, the room was clean and well equipped, the food was good value and served quickly. All in all extremely good facilities and service at a very keen price.

Stayed here for the night with my partner and son in a family room. I wasn't keen on the bed in our first room so asked at reception if there was a chance we could change rooms. It was no trouble for someone to show us all the available rooms until we found a more comfortable bed. The rooms were...

Double bed was two singles, which is common in hotel rooms but one of the beds was slightly lower than the other. The mattress was visibly lumpy but very surprisingly...

Stayed here whilst visiting our son who is stationed at Brompton Barracks right next door. The historic dockyard is approx 30 min walk away or 5 min drive. Hotel is on a main road but even though our room was on the front, we wern't bothered by the noise. Some reviews complained rooms were too warm so I requested a...
