Neglected, run down, aggressive owner who does not like opinions.
Dead flowers at front entrance, front door filthy, carpets stained, bedroom and bathroom revolting.

Great staff and location. It's less than a five minutes walk from the land end of the pier. Nice big quiet room at the back. Lovely breakfast. Great sea views from the front and traffic not too bad.
Bed was uncomfortable. Shower pressure was poor.
Really close to the beach and restaurants, with a nice view of the Pier and sea.
Is close to the pier, as we traveled without car, so is very well located.
The owners are friendly. I regret to not stay more time.
Brilliant location, comfortable room. James was a very helpful host with tips where to visit. Would thoroughly recommend for location and hospitality. Very handy for the railway station this was great as we didn't travel with a car.

I paid £50 per night for bed and breakfast and I had cereals, toast and a full English breakfast (fried bread, bacon, eggs, beans, mushrooms, etc.). There are other options on their menu and they have a board in their dining room with these on.
