After reading these reviews , I am just wondering if a refurb has been done on the Classic Villas or Lodges and the cleanliness has improved?
I am looking to stay with you in July 2015 with my daughter and husband, we really like the look and sound of the park but as I am a travel agent I don't want to be disappointed with my stay.

I havent been back so cant speak from personal experience but my friend lives in Cowes & uses the indoor pool which she says is ok but expensive. She looked round so we could answer you & says nothing has improved around the site. She talked to a woman who lives there. A lot of the road lights are out of order. Some chalets are on really bad roads. My friend says the wooden chalets behind the fence on the left as you go in are still disused & she has seen badgers & foxes now its dark around there. Locals told her its all run down due to lack of money & facilities. The cafe is all frozen food & overpriced. They close very early. There is no shop..take food, drinks, tea towels, loo rolls. Hope that helps.
