We had a weekend stay at thorness bay. First impression of the caravan was very basic and in need of updating, but it was close to the park and main complex so good for the kids. Our first night we had dinner in the pub/restaurant. The menu had a lot of choice and kids menu was good, the cost wasn't...

This is a stunning location and very child and pet friendly. I have just returned from a 3 day In2Action residential with 48 year 4 children. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I would advise choosing your accommodation carefully - the caravan I was in was cold, full of spiders and generally a let down. Some of the children...

Firstly i wish i had sone what i should have done after reading the reviews and gone to Haven. On arrival the check in team was brilliant, my accomodation was ready and the male in a red shirt was very informative and polite and genuinely interested. Accomodation. This was a return visit, having really enjoyed our previous stay. We upgraded this time and were expecting a much more luxurious van, so were bitterly disappointed when we opened the door . The caravan was basic in the extreme, no carpets in the lounge , the heating was on a timer that clicked so loudly you couldn't sleep and...

Had a short break with our two kids , aged 4 and 10. Bad points Checking in was terrible, given the wrong caravan. Which we complained and they duly changed to what we paid for. Then said somebody would come with bedding, which they didn't. We phoned but hey they'd all gone home. Luckily we phoned security who were good...

Second time staying at this Park, caravan was perfect, clean, well equipped and very comfortable. Entertainment was fabulous for Children, Kelly was my Daughter's Favourite. Good choice of food though a bit pricey, Park is far from any shops so stock up if you don't have a car. Big Thankyou to Anna & Kirsty for bringing extra bedding, found all...

Stayed midweek on a Sun holiday. Checked in early as caravan was ready. Found ants in the caravan and reception arranged for someone to come in and spray them but still found some dotted around the caravan. A lot of caravans have no net curtains so as we had floor to ceiling windows felt quite exposed. Kitchen had plenty of...

As long as you get what you pay for it is a good place to stay but remember the crows might make a noise when going to sleep or first thing in the morning and caravans do tend to get cold at night so the fire is a good thing to have The site is bug so try to pick...

The food in the restaurant was so poor I sent it back and the replacement wasn't any better. It was overpriced if you are staying here cook in or eat away from the site. The accommodation had no toilet paper a major bugbear of mine. Would not return in a hurry
