My second stay at Annie's and it really is faultless. Spotlessly clean, great location, comfortable and generous rooms and a wonderful breakfast. Annie is a great host and very helpful with local information. Will definitely stay here again!

Having had a very pleasant stay at Annie's about 18 months ago, for this visit nowhere else was considered, it had to be Annie's. Due to a personnel problem we had to change our original booking at short notice, this was no problem, although we arrived early in the morning both of the rooms were ready. As our previous stay,... Have stayed a couple of times - during Cowes week and later this year when the boat is racked out with guests. Excellent service, great welcome, exceptionally clean and the breakfast is wonderful. Easy 5 min walk from the chain ferry and 12 minutes walk from E Cowes Marina. Would highly recommend it.

If you want to be made to feel welcome, comfortable and experience the best breakfasts ever then Annie's B & B is the place to stay. This elegant house is beautifully located in East Cowes in a quiet road just a short walk from the chain ferry, Osborne House and the waterfront. I stayed in the three bedded ensuite room,... More

I was to stay with friends on the Island but due to unforeseen circumstances I needed a place to sty for a few days. My friend with whom I was to stay with found Annie's and was I glad he did. Her great BnB is walking distance from the mainland ferry and the Cowes ferry. Everything in Annie's has been... More

Had such a lovely stay the first time last year, we came back again! Stayed in bedroom 8 which has a lovely view over the water and must be the most cleanest room we've ever stayed in - absolutely spotless. Breakfast was just as delicious as before, lovely fruit followed by a full English (or whatever selection you choose) and... More

This was, without a doubt the best B&B we have stayed in. The attention to detail is second to none, making this an exceptional experience. We arrived very early on the eve of our stay- 930am to be precise- having caught the early ferry. Annie was kind enough to let us into our room to unpack & relax for a... More

We recommend this guest house for its friendly welcome , its comfort and the excellent breakfast. Annie gave us instructions about how to find it on foot, but since part of the route had been recently altered, she came out to meet us half way, and took us back to the premises herself. It's not directly on a public transport... More

Many thanks for taking the time to review your stay at Annie's B&B and it was a real pleasure to meet you both. I must admit that I was totally bemused when you called to say there were no steps to be found along my "short cut pedestrian route" - just a barrier; it wasn't until I came to meet... More

Annie's B&B in East Cowes is a beautiful Victorian house, peacefully located near the sea and Osborne House, with some stunning views and generous, mouth watering breakfasts. "We're open all year", says Annie, "and our aim is to offer the weary traveller, a warm welcome with quality accommodation in a good location, at a fair price." There are four en-suite guest rooms - two doubles, a twin and a triple and each has a modern TV, refreshment tray and free WIFI. The front rooms boast views towards Cowes Harbour and the rear mostly show gardens. At under a half mile not only from the East Cowes Ferry Terminal but also from the floating bridge to West Cowes, Annie's is also well situated for many pubs and restaurants.
