Great place to meet for neutral territory Lunch with our daughters new in-laws to be. prompt , efficient ordering of meal in well decorated bar area. Lovely crisp white table cloths and linen napkins, very clean shiny cutlery sets one up for a meal to savour - and it was. A great choice on the set menu of 4 starters...

This is a nice quiet place in the Hertfordshire countryside. The place offers Jalousie, sauna, massage, swimming pool, steam room. Spending a night there and use all the facilities and a massive breakfast in the morning, in a quiet atmosphere, watching peacocks is what you want from time to time. The staff are excellent, prices are very reasonable. One night...

I just checked out earlier today. I didn't want to go home. The place is amazing. Service is fantastic. And to see their pet peacocks wondering around was breathtaking. I can't wait to come back whether that be for work or pleasure. Great location, fresh air , the scenery and the best is you hear no traffic :)

We have just come back from Pendley Manor and I loved it. The Hotel is lovely and the staff are brilliant, helpful and very friendly. The hotel is about a 30 minute walk into Tring, there is not much to do there but is a nice little village. Its a very quiet, relaxing hotel. The food is brilliant but expensive....

I have stayed at Pendley Manor before and have always loved it. In the Winter, the big log fires and the general ambience. The rooms have been up - graded, and its the first time that I've stayed since the redevelopment. The room was a ground floor, looking out to the gardens and the beautiful Peacocks which roam in there....

Arrived at Pendley Manor and was greeted by a peacock and a lovely looking old Manor house. Admittedly there was a fair bit of scaffolding up but then the hotel did warn that they were undergoing a vast transformation (but work is only Monday to Friday). Quick and easy check in and staff were very friendly. Porter insisted he took...

I booked the package for my partners birthday & asked to upgrade to a superior room for £120. On arrival the first impressions of the hotel were somewhat hampered by the mass of scaffolding covering the outside however the reception area and main hall are beautiful with lots of old charm, a welcoming open fire & pretty chandeliers. A gentleman...

Thank you Kezzasmartie for taking the time to write a review. Unfortunately, in order for our third floor to be constructed scaffolding is essential to our refurbishment program. Providing bottles water in our mini bar fridges and fresh milk is something that we are currently considering, and thank you for bringing this to our attention. I'm pleased to hear that...

Stayed here many times. Arrived here at 2am yesterday after a car breakdown and the staff could not have been more accommodating. It's a lovely old building. There are some renovations going on, Ask for a refurbished room when you book.
