What an amazing little hotel room, it had everything you could want from a little 'b&b' room if that's what you want to call it. We stayed in an annex off the pub upstairs. It was so quiet and you didn't even here the traffic...More

We stayed here a couple of years ago and enjoyed our visit, the room was cosy, the breakfast really nice, and the hosts friendly and attentive. So we booked again, this time for two nights with no option for breakfast. No problem we thought, wrong!!!...More

Wonderful 'olde' inn. Parts of the building, we were told, go back 500 years! Lovelly oak beams and real log fire. Good choice of beers and a very good menu. Can recommend the beer-battered fish, chips and mushy peas. Bedrooms are in an adjacent converted...More

Positives: Many! Friendly greeting by owner, who showed us to the downstairs room, with request that if there was anything further we needed, all we had to do was ask. Tastefully furnished with tea/coffee making facilities & Freeview TV. Good power shower in bathroom, and...More
