Rooms are too far from entrance. The rooms are smaller than the website shows.ours was also very noisy and hot. Staff aren't that helpful. Breakfast was unwelcoming and the bacon was swimming in fat and the eggs rubbery. On the morning of departure, I was accused of not paying for a meal I'd had the night before. Our daughter had...

Stayed for two nights. Ok hotel. Dinner buffet was not very nice. Bar ok. Tried to take a morningrun but the surroundings were mostly highly trafficed roads. Nothing more to say really. Room ok and clean, good tvset and ok beds. Kettle. Quiet.

Dear Guest, Thank you for your review. We do have a public footpath around the side of our hotel that leads to a lovely 9 acre iron age fort…perfect for the morning run, may even spot a couple of our locals walking their dogs there too! Once again, thank you for your feedback.

Mine and my partners stay at this hotel was a very mixed bag of emotions. Upon arriving at the hotel, we commented how nice, clean and pleasant the hotel and it's surroundings were. We were "greeted" at the hotel by the receptionist who was professional but lacking in any human emotion. We got to our rooms and we're pleasantly surprised....

This hotel is well positioned near the M1. You can hear the motorway with the window open, but that didn't spoil our sleep. There are a series of buildings on different levels that would be a nightmare for the disabled, but was OK for us, except that getting to the room was a long walk up and down. The decor...

Stayed here whilst attending a party in Redbourne. The hotel was clean and staff were courteous and friendly. Going through an external refurb and quite a big place. Internally the corridors seem to go on for a while. Room wasn't big, bathroom especially tight. But was clean and pleasant. The room was very hot and whilst there was a freestanding...

Great weekend with very fancy food - the Lamb was amazing. Went with all my family and Kata the manager on the desk was super friendly and spent the time to entertain my little one! Lots of parking available but also a 10 min taxi from Hemel Station.

I was in the Aubrey Park Hotel on business and had a comfortable stay. The inside of the hotel is to a really high/nice standard, even if the corridors are a little confusing. I was happy with my room, which had all mod-cons and I had a good night sleep. All staff members that I encountered were really nice and...

We chose this hotel as our overnight stop before our flight from Luton as it looked a little different from the usual chain hotels & had a decent looking restaurant. In hind sight however we would have been miles better off at a Premier Inn. Service was ok, nothing special, nothing bad. Bar staff a little slow & it all...

Lovely clean room in a quiet setting. Close to London and the M1. Very friendly staff. Breakfast is a buffet. Dog friendly and our dog even got delivered to our room a clean dog cushion, dog basket, dog bowls and dog biscuits. One spoilt and happy dog :-). Highly recommended.
