Great B&B hostess Lesley was lovely, very welcoming, laid back and helpful. Although only a short stay, couldn't have been more accommodating, she went extra mile and gave us lift to a venue nearby! Good traditional English breakfast, felt like part of the family! Would highly recommend and great price! 😀

I stayed at no 41 last night. I arrived quite late but Leslie was most welcoming. She is a wonderful host and a lovely lady. My bedroom was very nice and comfortable. The whole property is beautiful and the views from the kitchen are stunning. Would highly recommend this place. Very good value for money too

Lesley cooked me a yummy breakfast each morning, kept me topped up with tea and chocolate biscuits, and offered the welcoming, lighthearted and comfortable atmosphere that I needed while I was on a Dog Training course in Hatfield. I really enjoyed my stay and will be staying again next month. Also, the views from the kitchen are stunning!

I stayed at no. 41 for a week and it was hands down the nicest B&B I have ever stayed at. Lesley was a wonderful host, very friendly and welcoming and I felt at home right away. My room was spotless and very comfortable and the location is really quiet making it very easy to sleep. Located very close to...

We stayed with friends, and the lady of the house, Lesley, could not have made us more welcome. The house was spotless and delightful, our room was exactly what we wanted, and we enjoyed the view over the gentle Hertfordshire countryside. Lesley prepared a lovely breakfast for us and made our stay most enjoyable. It was very easy and convenient...

The old saying you cant please all the people all of the time, but most are satisfied here. I am here for my 2nd week of b and b and evening meal and i pay less than half the price of the local premier inn which resembles a prison. We all speak from a personal standpoint but i have no...

I'm really not sure the other guests went to the same place I did. The room had mould on the walls and it was over a foot high on the curtains, everything was dirty, including marks in the toilet. The carpet had clearly not been vacuumed as there were small bits of rubbish on it, scattered around. The base bed...

Dear Jo A, I am deeply upset to hear your description of my Bed and Breakfast, both myself and my cleaner work very hard to ensure every room is as clean as possible. I am sorry that I wasn't present for your arrival, as you initially intended to arrive at 2pm, then told me you would be here by 4pm,...

I stayed here for a weekend away with my friends in July and I couldn't have asked for a better setting. Aside from the fact that it is an idyllic house that has everything you could hope for and more from a BnB (including a pool!!), it is Lesley that made our stay so outstanding. She is a kind and...
