I would have loved to have said this hotel was fantastic and worth every penny, but it really isn't. The staff were all friendly and the food was generally very good. However the overall impression for me is that it's just a Premier Inn for rich people! The whole place is soulless, terribly laid out and whilst I expect to...

I've eaten at The Glasshouse several times and it is always fantastic food and service. On my most recent visit our waiter, Alex, was excellent. He was friendly, attentive and patient. The food was fabulous, as always. Personally, I have never been a fan of the desserts in this restaurant, which is a shame as the selection is always extensive...

I stayed in this hotel for a week in March and it was a memorable experience. The grounds are beautiful and the hotel has great character whilst being fully modernised. The food is fresh, natural and beautifully prepared. It offers pampering on an exquisite level and offers an amazing restful experience.

We booked for Sunday lunch. We were not disappointed. From start to finish we had Wonderful food and Great service. Couldn't ask for better. Banana ice cream was divine. Forgot to take photos of fudge to finish. Had lavender or fennel or something. Tastes nicer than it sounds. View so lovely who would know we were in Watford!

That's a very good hotel in a fantastic location with natural beauty. Rooms are modern and well equipped, the whole hotel is modern, it is kept tidy and clean and the food is very good. Staff is polite and friendly. If there is one area that they need to improve is at the check in-check out (things have to be...

Attended as part of a conference. Rooms were fine, though was not too great with the food - could have been more, rather than just fancy. Breakfast was fine, and staff were helpful when required. Easy location to get to, just off M25

We had afternoon tea in a charming room overlooking the golf course. There was a wide selection of loose tea and we were each given a small teapot. This was replenished later. Small sandwiches were produced, as were scones and a variety of cakes. The staff were helpful and solicitous. All in all a very pleasant afternoon and in such...

My husband and I had afternoon tea here for a special occasion - the hotel is lovely so is a nice place to be, however, the food was very disappointing. The sandwiches were quite dry, as was the Victoria sponge, which we didn't eat. The cakes were rather tasteless so we left a lot. We were very disappointed and expect...
