Visited Lyndhurst and stayed at this charming hotel. Comfortable with good food and drink. Staff all friendly and polite and even at midnight in the bar after a long day, still remain so! Not quite sure why a housekeeper came into our room just before 09:00 hrs without knocking, but she apologised immediately and left. She possibly didn't realise the...

This is a beautiful little hotel sat on top of a hill to the beginning of lyndhurst. Opposite is a grand old church worth a look. The beds are big and comfy and resembles a cloud. It has ample parking and the breakfast was delicious. A real treat.

Stopped here for an overnight on the way to a family wedding and while the room hotel was perfectly decorated and the linens top notch and the bathroom seemed newly refurbished and the food excellent, or the massive car park -it was THE STAFF who were the stars of the show. They were great! We booked a 4 poster room...

We stayed at this hotel for just one night. The hotel staff were so helpful and genuinely friendly. Our executive double room had a large and super comfy bed with a beautiful en suite bathroom attached. The room was spotlessly clean and being situated at the back of the hotel lovely and quiet. For cyclists there was a 'bike hut'...

We enjoyed an overnight stop en route to home from the West Country and were very pleasantly surprised by this excellent independently owned hotel. The Manager could not have been more helpful and his staff were friendly and efficient. Public areas are comfortable and clean. Our room was quiet and overlooked the rear garden. Bathroom spotless. A good base fo...

We stayed for three nights and the hotel was 😊 great! From the reception greeting and dinner on the first night to the immaculate room and fab breakfast it was all excellent! The only thing better than the hotel were the brilliant staff who could not do enough for us. Thank you one and all we loved it!!!

Lovely hotel from the turn of the 20th century. Good facilities with excellent parking. Rooms very comfortable, some of the brown furniture is getting a bit dated but that's been picky. All the staff are excellent especially Christo and the new man Isaac, very friendly and funny and warm. Good food in a nice relaxed atmosphere and comfortable public rooms...
