This B & B is very conveniently situated, mid - way between Winchester and Southampton (for the Isle of Wight). The walk from the station is also short. You get a warm welcome, clean and pleasant rooms, and an excellent breakfast - all for a very reasonable price.

Excellent room, clean, reasonably priced, great English breakfast, efficient and politely run and really worth a try. The rooms were very clean and sufficiently spacious. The service was obviously designed with customers in mind, rather than their own convenience. I really would recommend this guest house to others

The owners Ken and Fran were very welcoming. The ensuite room was a good size and breakfast excellent. There is off street parking which is important and it is within walking distance to several restaurants. We recommend it.

Well, Eastleigh itself might not be the greatest place in the world; but this bed and breakfast is such a pleasant place. Such lovely, welcoming hosts; happy to provide me with breakfast at 645am on a Sunday, as I needed to leave by 7am. Nice clean shower room; couldn't fault the bedroom; they provide chilled water and milk for guests...

Stayed for 1 night and found the B&B to be everything we needed. Very welcoming , very clean and plenty of parking. Glad we had an en suite and not a shared bathroom .It was nice and easy to walk to town for an evening meal and the offer to bring back a takeaway was a nice gesture. We had...

There are undoubtedly more chic B and Bs in England, with better views, more chintz and gardens full of roses. But the warmth of the welcome, and the willingness to meet every need, of the owners, Fran and Ken, makes this an equally special place. The room was clean and welcoming and it was a pleasant surprise to have fresh...

Perfect for our needs, we had a wedding to attend in Romsey, just a few miles away. The price was good. Lovely couple, helpful and welcoming, and the breakfast was very good. I would happily recommend and would use again if had to visit Hampshire. The location is close to town where there are ample shops and places to eat.

Needed a convenient b&b to stay whilst visiting family nearby. Although a fairly basic guest house, with shared bathroom facilities, the owners were very welcoming, all the rooms clean and a good breakfast served.
