Comfortable accommodation and a very helpful owner. We have stayed here a number of times over several years and never been disappointed. The proprietor is very knowledgeable about the local area and very willing to give advice about local visits. Rooms are very warm in winter due to a very efficient heating system.

We had a very comfortable stay. Two nights. Our room was very clean, good quality fittings. Neatham Mill feels like a cosy, welcoming travel lodge. Breakfast better than a Travel lodge. It doesn't have the awkward feel you are staying in someone's home which is part of the appeal. Very handy for Alton and the A31

We arrived early evening the night before the course and were made to feel very welcome by Glen who runs the course. Room was ready at 4.00pm clean, warm and nicely appointed, very comfortable beds and a good shower room with plenty of hot water. Fantastic breakfast served at 8.00 and we convened at 9.30 for the start of the course....

We stayed here 2nd-4th October for a Cider making experience on the farm with Glenn. He was faultless in organising this wonderful anniversary surprise for my husband, helping me sort out a gift certificate in time! He checked in with us before the course to make sure we had all the information we needed - I love this attention to...

I searched for alternative accommodation and found Upper Neatham Mill Farm via the tourist board and what a find. 45 minuets away from the venue but it was no...

“There are 4 rooms; all seem excellent and recently refurbished. Of our two, one had shower and the other a tub, so ask if you have a particular preference. Tip: if you are an international visitor and haven't prepaid bring cash or ask in advance to do an email transfer to avoid a credit card surcharge from hotel & card company. Also, if you have unlimited data on your sim card, forego the guest house's wifi option.”
