Do not stay here!!!! Absolute flea pit of a place. Scruffy dirty smelly and full of bed bugs and other vermin. I would rather sleep on the street. Disgusting. It's not a hotel, it's a halfway house for drug users, prostitutes abs asylum seekers. People shouting in the middle of the night. It is absolutely filthy dirty and smells rancid...

It wasn't really bad, just the guy wasn't really friendly, it would of been nice if he was more friendly, just don't book on late rooms as we did and apparently they don't take card bookings but the price was cheaper so that was fine. Room smelt nice and was nice, had sky which is pretty cool. The only annoying...

The wife and I have just left this b&b (8/6/13) we found it to be fantastic value for money £30 a night it may not be the best decorated b&b ,but its certainly friendly and clean and an ideal base for a night out in Manchester(£5.00 by taxi and only a mile from the arena) The host bends backwards to...

We went in and was greeted by a jolly fellow with glasses. When we paid for our rooms my boyfriend acciendently gave to much money £30 for two double rooms =£60....

We booked on line expecting bed and breakfast, got the bed but no breakfast. The only thing that stopped us taking another hotel was the location was good for what we needed. On the last night we had an extra guest in our room, a cockroach. It was about this time that my friend and I decided that maybe it...

For £30 a night my friend and I were expecting it to be basic - which it is, and yes, the bathroom was quite grubby! the toilet seat didn't seem to fit the toilet either. However, the bed was clean (although we booked a twin and got a double!) and perfectly adequate for crashing out in after a night out....

On arrival we were greeted by a very friendly hotel owner, he showed us to our room which was clean and warm. For an amazing £30 a night this room was en-suite with tea making facilities and tv, with a lovely view over looking the local park. We asked the owner about the bus service into town which is about...

We stayed here for one night only (thank god!)... We knew that for £20 a night it was going to be pretty poor, but I would have expected it to at least be clean... We had two rooms, both filthy, smelly and falling apart... One positive the beds appeared clean... My room looked as if someone had literally checked out...

OK-you pay 20 quid a night. Come on, what do some of you want! The floor were clean, the linen was spotless. And you had plenty of room. IF you are looking for a bed for the night, within a brisk 20 min walk of Manchester city centre, and are on a budget, this hotel is perfect! I hate hotels...
