The whole hotel is in desperately need of a refurb. Rooms are very tired and unpleasantly hot. Bathrooms are poor with weak showers which are at best tepid. Would recommend the Village in Ashton over this one every day of the week.

This is a very dark hotel, not much natural light. The room although one of the upgraded room was very basic and quite small. I had problems with the TV and although a maid was sent to help fix it it worked for a while then reverted back to a small screen and when switched off would not work again The...

The hotel is a little run down but I had a very pleasant stay and all the members of staff I met were helpful and friendly. The room was basic but clean and comfortable. It was reasonable value for money.

Cant fault hotel or staff The room was clean and very comfy beds. However room looked bigger on pics- i booked a superior room- apart from a posh and annoyingly hard to use coffee machine thats all that was in there. I paid £150 and tbh had nicer rooms elsewhere for less 😒 Im a single mum and had been...

Have stayed at this hotel before but disappointed by recent changes such as check-in screens at reception (much nicer to have a person welcoming and handling credit cards etc); kettle in room replaced by pod machine so not able to use my own tea bags to have a de-caff drink. Also wooden sticks have replaced all teaspoons at breakfast !

Friendly staff with good service. Quick check in. Comfortable and spacious room, located at the back of the hotel so quiet, the room was a little tired but clean. Located right near Hyde North train station a couple of miles from the Hyde centre so you will need to taxi in if you were using this as a base for...

Easy to find and well situated for Manchester and surrounding area. Good facilities with friendly and efficient staff in all areas. If you are looking for views from the bedroom go to the lake district, if you are looking for a good hotel put this one on your list.

Needed a reasonable good hotel to stay in the Manchester area while down seeing a music gig. Stayed a Friday and Saturday night and managed to get good night sleep on both nights. Food was also good in the restaurant, so a good find really.
