Easy to find off the Cotswold Way. Beautiful house and room. What a lovely welcome! Exquisitely clean, well appointed, light and airy beautifully designed decor which might not be important as to comfort (which was excellent) certainly helps as it's a delight! Breakfast was the best we've had in 7 days of walking the Cotswold Way. Thank you Mrs Smart.

We were getting towards the end of the Cotswolds Way, and with sore feet were hopeful that we'd receive a warm welcome and a great sleep. Which we did! What an incredible house and garden. Idyllic. Dinner in the local pub just down the road was very tasty, with a fun weekend crowd of people. Breakfast was YUMMY, everything we...

Our booking experience was positive with rapid responses to requests for information and then for making a reservation and the location of the B and B within 150 yards of the Cotswold Way (or so it seemed when booking) was perfect. However the B and B is so badly marked that even though we initially entered the drive way the...

We recently stayed overnight at Noades House before completing our last leg of the Cotswold Way. Accommodation with ensuite was just what we needed after walking 15 miles. Breakfast the following morning was a great start to the day and just what we needed before starting out to Bath. The house and garden were wonderful and the owner was most...

Jane was a wonderful hostess and her garden a reflection on her hard work and love of the land. We loved the peaceful home and view and would highly recommend this stop over when walking. Thank you Jane.

We stayed here for one night, and everything was excellent. The twin room was spacious and had a proper bath in the bathroom, with plenty of hot water. There is a pub in the village nearby which does good food. Breakfast the next morning was delicious, quantity just right. My only suggestion would be to have a bigger nameplate by...

We stayed one night at Noades House while walking the Cotswold way. Jane is a wonderful host. She checked us in and showed us all the features in our room before we went into the town for dinner. The house and garden are very peaceful / restful. This is just what we needed at the stage of our walk. Breakfast...

We stayed here on our walk from Chipping Campden to Bath on the Cotswold Way. The house is very nice and well-kept. The garden is lovely. Breakfast was very good. Tormarton is well suited as a starting point for the final, long leg of the walk to Bath, and though it's near both the A46 and M4 it manages to...

Noades House is a Cotswold stone house just a few yards off the Cotswold Way, making it an excellent stop for Cotswold Way walkers. The house is bright, clean, and roomy, and Jane is a friendly, welcoming host. The bathroom in our room was unusually roomy and pleasant. Noades house has beautiful gardens, and is a short walk from a...

I enjoyed my stay at Noades House. Mrs. Smart was an excellent host and even drove me to a start off point for my walk the next morning. The room was acceptable. The bathroom had recently been renovated and was especially nice. Good breakfast. Short walk into the center of the village and the one pub, which incidentally looks pretty...
