A very warm welcome awaited us in this lovely house. A spotlessly clean room with a comfortable bed. Generous, beautifully cooked breakfast. Garden available for guests. Well situated in this picturesque village. Only a short walk to the pub, church, Kelmscott Manor and river Thames. When back in area will stay again.

We stayed for three nights on a short break to the Cotswolds. It was perfect for visiting Kelmscott Manor, which was on our list of places to visit, as it is only a few minutes walk away. We had a nice big room with a separate bathroom with a bath, which is always a bonus (think our room was called...

Booked on a room only basis. Absolutely perfect for what I needed - total peace and comfort. Yes, the room was traditionally furnished without a telly - but that's what I wanted! Fantastic bath in which to soak my aching limbs after 10 - 12 miles walking a day :) A 5-minute stroll to the Thames Path, Lechlade is about...

Just returned from a three night stay at Manor Farm B&B. Loved everything about the place. Our room was a good size, with tasteful traditional furniture and modern ensuite bathroom. Excellent choice for breakfast - good quality, locally sourced ingredients and Emma is a fountain of knowledge about the area. We were made to feel very welcome and encouraged to...

A short stroll off the Thames Path, the landlady is very welcoming in the farm house on this working farm almost next door to Victorian aesthete William Morris's summer retreat. I had a single bed in a room for meant for three. Nice bathroom but shower only. TV lounge but no tv in the room. Excellent breakfast. The Plough Inn,...

Everything an English B&B should be...Historic home, friendly host, beautiful surroundings, and great food. A place you will want to come back to and spend more time. This would be an ideal place to stay longer and use as a staging point to visit others places in the area...

I stayed for one night in a bright, airy room at the front of the house on a visit with my sister. We specifically booked here to be close to Kelmscott Manor which we visited during the day. It might have been nice to have an earlier check in to drop off our bags and freshen up before our visit...

We stayed in the Garden Room for 2 nights with our five year old. It was perfect for us. Manor Farm is very peaceful and away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to Lechlade and the surroundings as a base. Emma was very welcoming, knowledgable and helpful. Manor Farm B and B is large enough that there is...

We stayed two nights while walking stretches of the Thames Path. We had a very warm welcome, a large comfortable room with a green aspect, and a modern ensuite bathroom. Very peaceful. Excellent breakfast at large table with other friendly guests. Close to the Thames. The village of Kelmscott is charming, Recommend visiting William Morris's 'Heaven on Earth' home Kelmscott...
