Stayed here over new year with a group of 11 of us including a 4 year old. We had a fantastic stay here for 3 nights. Stayed in a family room which was a fantastic size and immaculate. Had house keeping in every day even over the bank holidays. We had a meal New Year's Eve in the restaurant which...

Very comfortable, quiet room - good bed and excellent bed linen. My requests were met immediately, and with a smile. Further from my family than ideal for me, but I will be happy to return, and perhaps for long nger stays, in the future.

Twelve of us had lunch here on 27/12/16. There was a good selection on the menu and everyone said how pleased they were with their choices and how nicely the food was served up. The surroundings were very pleasant and not at all cramped. All in all excellent value and we shall no doubt be going back again.

Spent a very enjoyable night at this hotel, it is slightly outside the town but it a lovely walk along the seafront to the main attractions, the staff were friendly and welcoming, our room as huge with a double and single bed, it was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The bathroom was enormous and looked recently refurbished again it was...

Went to camelia with group of friends for Christmas evening meal. Excellent food, good selection including vegetarian options and very good value. Everyone said how good the food was and they would definately visit again. Had afternoon tea hear for my 60th birthday with friends and that was excellent too. Highly recommend.

As stated - average and ok but certainly nothing special. Roslin far better in my view particularly the bar / eating area. Rooms ok and clean but do what you want. Ocean beach or somewhere like that better for breakie !

Stayed here in the summer after finding it online and it was excellent! Wonderful location opposite Thorpe Bay, fabulous spacious twin room which was incredible value for money (£38 per person after splitting costs) in the back of the hotel so was lovely and quiet with a big window for fresh air. The breakfast was delicious and lovely to be...

This family run hotel offers a home from home experience. All of the staff are warm, friendly and helpful. They clearly care about their guests and it shows. I arrived after a long journey exhausted and grumpy (!) but the lovely warm welcome accompanied by my cosy room and even a glass of red delivered to me door, soon soothed...

Thank you for your kind comments. Your recommendation is most appreciated. We take pride in looking after all of our guests - even the 'grumpy' ones! (We didn't think that you were by the way)....and would love to welcome you back when you are next in the area.

We stayed here with a big group of relatives for a birthday surprise. The hotel is a pleasant surprise, given how much it costs to stay in the Premier Inn, this is a step up for a similar cost. We had a sea view room in the eves; not too much road noise, though you do have to get dressed...
