    My first time here,came with my family and friends with all our children,amazingly friendly staff and gave us free pool and crisps,brilliant experience and would highly recommend,made our Southend trip so much fun!!

    my husband and i stayed here never again room was filthy bed linen old towels old you could feel bed spings sticking in you we are not fussy people but this was dreadfull owners were off hand as well give this place a miss

    My boyfriend and I stayed at this b&b,well what can I say,we got there and there was a foreign man screaming at his kids, we brushed this of and went into out room..then the problems got even worse..the room was tiny!     just stayed at this B and B and had a great time. Breakfast was lovely and there was off road free parking. Rooms had everything we needed and it is situated right next to beach and shops, Couple that have it were very friendly and helpful. planning to stay here again.

    Some of the negative reviews on here beg belief. We are indeed a nation of whinging poms and moaning minnies! I recently stayed 3 nights at 45 / night. For this I got an off-road secure parking spot, a comfy double bed, en-suite, nice TV with remote, wifi, and a nice cooked breakfast with coffee and cereal and orange juice....

    On arrival the owner was very hostile and told us she was in a rush and to hurry up and pay so she could leave. After traveling for a while my friend needed the toilet but she ignored her request and rushed through the usual protocol e.g Where to Park, Where our room was and Breakfast times etc.. . So...

    This was a last minute booking and was chosen as they would let the dog stay. Oddly we never met the owners as we arrived late and left early. It could have easily been really nice but it wasnt!     stayed here for a night with 4 friends. Friendly welcome, stayed in rooms 1 & 2 -lovely and clean with all facilities needed. Great location for both town and seafront with off road private parking -a bonus. Good nights sleep in comfy bed.
