Had a buffet meal here for a family occasion. Staff were extremely pleasant. Food was O.K.. The room was on the dark / stark side but adding own decorations made a great difference. Had to pay for parking in advance. Expected to be able to claim it back - not so for groups so a little disappointed.

I work in the City of London but live in the Hornchurch area. This is convenient for a few drinks after jumping off of the tube.Hornchurch station is a few yards away. Met up with my friends Gregg Tynesford and Jimmy Helsall for some pre-xmas drinks and we loved the whole ambience.A real mixed crowd and good service too.

My husband was in Hornchurch for business and I used this as an opportunity to use the trip to meet up with family and do a little shopping in London. The hotel is very close to the station, and has free parking. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The complimentary breakfast was adequate considering the price of the room. This...

Cheap and handy with a nice bar area. Accommodating staff Relatively comfy but small single bed. Amenities were fine Breakfast stated as continental however really wasn't at all, only good thing was that there was a cheap wee cafe on the corner. Overall I'd return...

Very easy to find and comfortable room with all facilities, the Inn is situated on the main road almost next door to the line into London. A very lively, in a nice way, pub downstairs that does a very good range of reasonably priced pub food and a good range of draught beers, breakfast was continental and adequate. We didn't...

My son and I stayed here for 4 days and I found the accommodation very clean and comfortable. Check in was at the bar so could take a while if there was a queue. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The only downside was the breakfast, they only supplied continental which is great for kids as they love cereal,...

Booked family room so we could have more space, but noted that it was so noisy: from people outside, from the bar (especially during the Sunday night quiz when the questions were read out over 2+ hours via microphone), up to midnight. Someone even was using a drill past 11pm. If there is a next time, will go for twin...

Our first visit was terrible but things are looking better these days in Hornchurch. Although the breakfast still sucks, and finding someone to check you in, is still difficult, the room looked a bit better.
