Really nice place, super clean room, and very welcoming hosts. All you need in the room, we had room 3 nice big double with shower. Brilliant breakfast perfectly cooked. So that's the appraisal of the property. What follows is a one off issue, could happen anywhere, and hard to manage, not a criticism of this specific place at all. Unfortunate...

We stayed here for a weekend to attend a friend's wedding. The owners were very friendly, the room was spotlessly clean, and the home-cooked breakfast was delicious! Very close to shops and several pubs for dinner. Great place, and great location.

Nice little touches in kitchen, especially jug of milk and bottles of water in fridge. Wednesday morning we met our other host Jane in the conservatory for probably...

Spotlessly clean, quiet and comfortable. Excellent breakfast, beautifully presented. Just the sort of place we needed for our recent return to Essex for a large family gathering. It's close to Stanstead airport - but you'd never know it. No aircraft noise at all. Highly recommended.

This is a small family run B&B with an excellent breakfast offering, along with clean and comfortable rooms. The farm is located in the beautiful Essex countreyside and once Roger has served breakfast he is off on g=his tractor to plough the fields.

Warm welcome on arrival. Room was very clean and comfortable with bottled water and milk in the fridge. Peace and quiet and the option to have a walk around the farm. Very tasty full English breakfast plus cereals and fresh fruit, coffee or tea and toast. Nothing too much trouble for friendly owners.
