Whilst the room was clean, the hotel was a bit old and could do with a refurb. Food was ok, pub standard, there is also an Indian restaurant onsite. If I was staying in the area again would try a different hotel.

Nice little Hotel. Clean, comfortable and functional. Only one drawback was the smell of stale curry in the foyer, no doubt coming from the attached restuarant. Staff ok, and for the price not bad. Would go again if staying in that area.

We had room 46 which is one of the 'superior' rooms. These rooms carry a price premium of course, but nevertheless the room was comfortable, spacious and despite the coldest night so far this winter, suprisingly warm, thanks to the electric wall heater. One no so great feature - a very draughty window, which when not covered by the window...

I wish I had read the reviews of this hotel more closely when I was offered it as an alternative to my initial booking at another hotel by booking.com. The bedrooms are in an annexe and require you to go across a small courtyard and up some stairs. Despite a security door at the top of the stairs, I felt...

We stayed here as a group for one night. with the price of three rooms split between 8 of us I was really happy with the price. the beds are massive and really comfy and the room is a good size for the price. The only disappointment was that it seemed it had a curry house on site but ended...

Poor service, Dirty room, no one around to complain too. It is no longer a Best western since Dec 2015, as I tried to complain to them. Spider webs and dusty, and damp smell in room, dirty dusty Glasses in bar, No one at the bar, then no one at reception, so went looking for a member of staff. Breakfast...

The hotel facilities were poor. The rooms were very cold and there weren't any heating dials to change this. The towel radiator in the bathroom had mould growing on it. The hotel is clearly being used to house many new people to the UK. Coming back from our night out, the corridors had lots of undesirable men lingering about in...

We have stayed here a few times and given how much we paid we have no complaints and would have to say its good value for the money. The room is perfectly adequate for an overnight stay and the room was very clean. The bedding was crisp and clean and the bathroom perfectly acceptable. The staff have always been pleasant...

As I wanted to book the Best Western, The Bell Hotel, Epping, I called reservations and was told by a very helpful girl Hannah, that it was no longer part of Best Western Group. She kindly helped me find the number of what company has taken it over. I called the Bell Hotel in Epping and asked for reservations, and...

Very tired looking hotel in need of a refurb, indifferent attitude of staff on reception (several people complaining) although the food was good the whole hotel lacks atmousphere, character and warmth. Everything very dated.
