Stayed overnight for a business meeting in London. The receptionist was very helpful, allowed us to book in early and leave the car after booking out until we returned from London. The room was clean and comfortable with plenty of space and clothes hanging room. Very good value with excellent Asian cuisine for the evening meal and a very good...

Bring a large torch. First off, when you are told you are in a second building but with no other instructions as to where this is means meandering around to find a) where to park and b) where your lodging might be. As it turned out there is a car park for unloading your gear behind the side building. Small...

I stayed here a couple of times in the last month. Adequate - clean but very tired and in need of a make-over. limescale on the taps in the bathroom and a light hanging off the wall - the first room we stayed in was for one night and the mattress was just like sleeping in a sack of lumps...

I stayed here 6 years ago and was a little underwhelmed but in my latest visit I didn't want to use the bathroom or bed Everything was "icky and sticky" needs re-decorating and a new cleaning contract. Totally over priced as it is a motel not a hotel. Staff and management need a customer service course, which I happen to...

I have known this hotel for many years and under various owners . However I stayed there for the first time yesterday and found it is now privately owned . The room I was allocated looked as if it had been refurbished at some point . Despite that the toilet seat was broken , there was no control knob on...

I had a party at the end of October using the function room. The room was great, the staff extremely helpful especially Holly on reception. Benny and Cedric, who worked the function were great - they really made an effort with everyone and could not do enough for us and added to the enjoyment of the evening. Food was great...
