We had been checked into the Kingscliff but they had changed their policy regarding dogs and simply abandoned us in their reception. Peter and Carole at The Chudleigh came to our rescue and we, plus our dog, were warmly welcomed into their lovely hotel. We had a lovely room with everything we needed and spotlessly clean. We had to leave...

This was our 3rd stay at the Chudleigh, traveling from California for a funeral. Carol and Peter provided a quiet comfortable room and a warm welcome. They were extremely helpful in booking taxis, recommending a florist etc. The extensive breakfast menu is unbeatable - and don't miss Peter's smoked salmon with poached eggs - just delicious! The Chudleigh is very...

Lovely place to stay. Beds are so comfortable and the place is homely. We were greeted friendly even though we arrived later than planned. Breakfasts freshly prepared and generous. Our dog was welcome too!

Don't be fooled by the decor, we've stayed in far more modern places with far less facilities & comfort. The Chudleigh caters for all your needs with by far one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. The place is spotless and the attention to detail is second to none. Breakfast was perfect too. We will definitely be...

Have stayed at this B&B a lot. I keep coming back because it is well placed for restaurants and the beach. The rooms are of a high standard with every thing I need. They are very clean. The breakfast is everything you would expect and Carol and Peter very friendly.
