The hotel had had a complete refurbishment, new carpets and fresh decoration all round. lovely bar area, lounge . Bedroom comfortable and cleaned every day, house keeping so good. Bed was comfortable ,only downside ,the en suite was quite small, shower, hand basin and w.c. all in a very confined space. Apart from that a really pleasant stay, staff so helpful and very...

Booked for four nights only stayed one night, (complaint has been logged) the most uncomfortable bed, mattress and pillows were rock hard, didn't sleep properly all night. The bathroom was tiny and cramped with shower, wash basin & toilet. No curtains only roller blinds used at the windows which let the light in. Floors creeked when walking on them, could...

The manager was kind enough to ring before I arrived to ask if I minded having a double room instead of a twin. The room itself was spotless and had tea and coffee, shower gel etc. The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot and copious. Unfortunately the wifi didn't work, probably as my room was at the extremity...

We managed to get the last parking space at the front of the hotel, which was a fantastic start. We received a polite welcome at reception, where the check in process was quick. The experience started to go downhill when we entered our room. It was tiny and had a strange smell. The bed was really hard and the pillows...

Very close to town and pier. We stayed Saturday night and found it very noisy. The shower was very tiny and hard to get into as there was a sink in the way. Breakfast was ok. Shame they use poor quality sausages. There are better places to stay. Won't be going back to the Langtry.

Too be honest I've stayed in lots of places and maybe expected a lot for not a lot of money! The guy on reception was really pleasant. We complained about the shower pressure as it is really bad, but for one night I didn't mind! The hotel is very clean and the room we had was just refurbished so to...
