Sadly not up to normal Premier Inn standards. Heating not working initially then when repaired, very noisy. Auto check in machine not working. Restaurant was closed on arrival. Seemed to be rather under staffed.

Location of this hotel is very good for us to catch up with friends and family. A very comfortable hotel, nice and quiet too with no banging of doors at night, or being able to hear others in their rooms. Very restful indeed just like last years visit. Will definitely stay aga

Very easy to find (always a bonus!) self check in which seems to get easier every time we use it, super clean room and bathroom. No quibbles at all, would recommend. Didn't use the restaurant but there were a few people eating and it looked and smelled good.

The first floor corridor smelled of sick.

The bathroom smelled of urine.

Nobody ever on reception even after calling with the buzzer.

Under staffed although staff there were polite. Would not recommend.

As always with Premier Inn, you get a basic room, which was spotless and quiet.

For the price, it is a bargain really!

Breakfast was okay, nothing fancy but it did the job.

Nice friendly staff, always helps.

Does anyone know the direct phone number for the Premier Inn Felixstowe instead of the 0871 number?
Sorry but I do not know if they have an alternative.

I was wondering if the hotel has air conditioning,
Hi susanmcoleman Thanks for your query. This hotel does have air conditioned rooms. For future reference you can find this information on our website by looking for the snowflake icon, this means that the hotel has air conditioning. Hope this helps. Regards Amy Thacker Premier Inn Team

How many rooms
There are 60 rooms. We had a bad experience with rooms over the boiler house. The rooms 110 and 112 vibrate and there is a low hum all night. Room 112 had not been cleaned and my daughter slept in a soiled bed (she did not notice until after she had got in it.) The staff are very rude and the restaurant can only cook 5 meals at a time and will not move tables so you can sit together if there are more than 4 people. They also only defrost 7 burgers to feed 60 rooms on a Saturday night. Horrible place

"Book a room on the 2nd floor maybe,as we stayed on the 1st floor and on our last day it sounded like someone walking all the time above us."
"Stayed in room 14. End of downstairs corridor and close to car park, exit and dining room."
"we had 3 rooms and all were fine"
"Top floor rooms can suffer from noise/vibration from air conditioning units on the roof."
