We were greeted by a lovely friendly receptionist. On arrival at the room we were amazed by the size of it. There was nothing at all to complain about as everything was perfect. We booked the Christmas Dinner and also the Full Breakfast on two of the days. I enjoyed the Christmas Dinner and understand that the staff were absolutely...

Hotel in good location for town or sea front . Staff very helpfull and nothing was too much trouble. Food good but limited in choice at times. Excellent breakfast choice with plenty on offer. Some aspects of outside appearance looking tired and need of up dating.

When turning up to hotel was no one at reception.standing there for 20 mins bell doesn't work.. And then being greated by a rude receptionist can't smile or greet you especially Christmas time... was told that they can take card details and pay on the Friday 30th Dec but couldn't so changed from 4 nights to 2 nights...which I'm probably...

Our family decided to book for Christmas dinner back in October and it was the best decision we made. The place was packed with other diners and the friendly staff worked very hard to accomodate everyone, always making sure that everyone was catered for. The Christmas lunch was absolutely superb and couldn't be faltered. The staff themselves went above and...

I was really impressed when I booked the hotel back in October as they were courteous and emailed me to let me know there would be a noisy dinner dance going on in the hotel this evening and give me the option of changing my booking. I declined as I was on a night our myself, so didn't think the...

I was looking forward to staying at the hotel but unfortunately it wasn't a great experience. There is a smell as soon as you enter the hotel, which carries on even in the room. The hotel is outdated and has an old feel to it. The temperature in the room is way too hot and I couldn't turn down my...

The decor in places is very tired and the hotel could do with a facelift but the room was a decent size, as was the bathroom. The staff were a delight, welcoming, polite and friendly. The breakfast, at a very reasonably priced £7.95, was superb. Overall a decent place to stay, good location and I would stay there again should...

The food was good and the chef was very polite however the waitress brought over the bill when we hadn't asked for it! We wasn't in a rush to leave but we felt very rushed.we wasn't even asked if we wanted tea or coffee or any other drinks (standard procedure). The time was quarter to eight by the time we...

The room was OK for the money we paid. The floor was a bit creaky and the mains socket on the side wall near the right of the bed did not work and looked like it needed to be replaced as the earth pin was protruding. The wooden frame of the sash window had mould on the inside. There was...
