What a beautiful place to stay. There was that wow moment when we walked through the door. John was so helpful and the barn had all the amenities you would expect (and a few extra touches like home baked bread and cake - yummy). We had a fabulous time and took a great walk from Wells to Holkham - great...

Thank you for this kind review, it is a very special time to come to North Norfolk, quieter, but with a crisp clear atmosphere. Spring is approaching with Snowdrops appearing everywhere you look.

I have often read reviews where people write "it was like visiting old friends" and comment on the "owners" and I have never really understood this or experienced it ....until now. Oh my gosh, this was the BEST place I have ever stayed in (and I am well travelled, having previously been a travel agent for many years). I say...

We stayed in the gorgeous Sweet Pea barn for one night in late December. The bedroom is beautifully decorated, cosy and warm with the most comfortable bed dressed with gorgeous linen - so relaxing! Luxurious bathroom was a delight. Wonderful home cooked breakfast set us up for the day. Our hosts John and Louisa have pitched everything perfectly here, we...

Great location for the Thursford Show and the North Norfolk Coast. Nine of us celebrated a family birthday and used all five barns which were all equally comfortable with excellent attention to detail. We were also lucky enough to have breakfast and an evening meal cooked for us which was as good as any 5 star hotel. The hosts John...

We have just returned from a 3 night stay in Primrose barn and we loved it. Can't wait to return. On our arrival we were met by John, he showed us around and left us with fresh home baked bread and lemon cake. The barn was well equipped and tea, coffee, sugar, milk and butter all supplied. Lovely fluffy white...

Just returned from a five day break at White Horse Farm, and must say, we've discovered something of a gem. My wife and I have stayed in more "Premium" barn conversions and cottages than we care to remember but this establishment is up there with the absolute best. Idyllic setting, beautifully manicured gardens, top class accommodation all of which demonstrates...

We arrived on a Friday evening after a 3 hour journey from London, the fire was lit and the barn was cosy for our arrival with our dinner warming in the oven, perfect!! We stayed in primrose barn which was just as per the website and a perfect place to escape for a long weekend away from London. Would highly...

This is our fifth visit here with our two dogs. We have stayed in cowslip barn, blackberry barn and latterly primrose barn and they are all fantastic. We stayed in primrose this time as our friends stayed in cowslip and we wanted a slightly bigger barn for dinner. All the barns are beautifully decorated and very well equipped with everything...
