This is our second return to Manor Farmhouse this year. We stayed 3 nights and have come home feeling refreshed, uplifted and with big smiles on our faces - thanks to Rosie. Would have really liked to have stayed longer. Everything was absolutely perfect. Delicious breakfasts and evening meal. The moment we arrived we felt at ease and made to...

For probably the final 2 days of summer, we had a lovely welcome from Rosie. The accommodation is in a converted old barn with comfortable bedroom and en-suite bathroom with use of kitchen and large sitting room. I should also mention the very efficient wifi in the bedroom. Very nice and generous breakfast in the main house dining room, we...

We only stayed for one night and that was enough. On arriving the place looked lovely from the outside, however when we entered our room we found lots of spiders, cobwebs, the shower head was black and the kettle was last P.A.T tested in 2007. There was tea and coffee (which had gone solid in the jar) but no milk....

Amazingly warm, friendly welcome. Beautiful, characterful property and Rosie is an amazing cook so it's well worth having an evening meal. A good base for exploring Norfolk's coast and Broads. Feel really at home here.

My daughter and I stayed while she zip wired off Halppisburgh Lighthouse. Rosie made us very welcome and even came to watch! She also gave good advice about where to see seals, where to eat and places to visit. Our room was in the barn which was great for us as we wanted time together and there was a lovely...

We stayed here to take my Mother in Law to see some of her good friends who live in Happisburgh. Although we were unable to get breakfast here on this occasion, our lovely host left us some beautiful cake and we were also left plenty of Tea, coffee, etc so we could make drinks when needed. The gentileman who normally...

Very warm welcome with tea and homemade cake, especially appreciated following a trip to watch the Seals at Horsey. Room in barn conversion comfortable with en-suite bath etc. Nice & snug. Home cooked dinner using very local ingredients, and served in wonderful panelled dining room. Excellent value for Dinner, Bed & Breakfast. Highly recommended

All Bed and Breakfast should be like this. A warm welcome from Rosie not only on arrival but when I got back everyday I was there. Nothing too much trouble, breakfast was delicious, homemade cake left for the guests! What more can you ask for?

wow! This B and B comprised a stunning farmhouse and converted barn, both beautifully restored and looked after. I thoroughly enjoyed me stay in this gorgeous setting amid suitable beautiful countryside. The food too was superb. I could not have asked for better from friendly and caring hostess Rosie. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED,

Rosie was wonderful and made us feel home straight away. We had the barn to ourselves: 3 bedrooms, a kitchen and a great living room, where we lit a fire and crashed out after bird-spotting in the broads and watching the seals on the beach just down the road. It is a truly lovely spot. Really comfortable, very reasonable and...
