We have just returned from this hotel and it is awful! The only good thing is Kostas and Lucy who run the hotel, who are very helpful. Rooms - horrible and scruffy, beds rock hard and I had to keep asking for extra pillows and was given 2 after 5 days of asking. Shower does not hang up, shower curtain... More

02 - 09/08/2016 (all inclusive) - went with my 7 year old son. Arrived late at night and were given hot foot and salad to feed an army. There is nothing I can criticise about this holiday. The room suited us fine for the short periods we were in it. The pool was great and never too busy. Varied mix... More

Although the rooms and linen were clean, they were extremely tired. Shower curtain which was too short coupled with having to hold the shower head to wash meant a small flood in the bathroom (and this was the same in all rooms). Meals were VERY basic, and not much to choose from,2 dishes at most, and signs asking people not... More

This family run hotel is a gem. 5* service all the way from Kosta, Luci and their team. Nothing was too much trouble. Natasha a star, making tea, coffee just how we liked it - even my very weak peppermint tea! Poolside bar a great place to relax anytime of the day. Wonderful Greek food. Always a meat dish, vegetable... More

It is relatively small, family-run hotel. All the staff was nice and very helpful - advising the best spots to see around, how to find nice beaches and even giving secret discounts to souvenir shops :) . The room was small but looked very typical for Crete. And we had an awesome balcony with superb sea-view! Only minus is the... More
