Sorry for your unpleasant stay at the Hotel. I'm not sure why you decided to write the review one year after your stay. I'm sure you have your reasons. The Hotel is under new management for the 2010 season. As you can see the reviews for this year have been good for us. Many things have changed since 2009 summer... More

We had originally booked another hotel but were so disappointed on arrival that we moved to Agrabella. The owners Debbie and her husband, her sister also works there can not do enough for you but not in a pushy way. They seem to treat everyone as friends rather than customers. We were even given a choice of rooms before checking... More

Stayed at the Agrabella Hotel from the 18th to the 21st of August. It was a late deal off the internet. We were all inclusive. I have to say that we thoroughly enjoyed our short break at this Hotel. Both me and my wife are fussy eaters but we found the food excellent. The staff are very friendly and the... More

There are more luxurious hotels in Crete, it's true. But the relative price of a hotel Agrebla is an excellent .. The hotel manager is a cute guy, genial, provides service from the heart. He and his wife (debbie) give family atmosphere to each guest and guest. They always smile. I've had unpleasant experiences in Crete (my motorcycle WAS STOLEN)... More

I had a great 7 days at this hotel. We were supposed to stay at another hotel, but there was a misunderstanding with the agency. The stuff of Agrabella did the best to make us feel comfortable: they offered us spacious rooms and free a/c. The stuff was friendly and open to all the (sensed) requests. Plus they put a... More

Is very close to the resort, the beach, shops, bars and restaurants. Staff were nice and very good management ub. Try to spend your vacation at Agrabella and you will... More

Myself and my mother booked our holiday with Olympic holidays. The rooms are basic, TV,radio and phone didn't work. No aircon also no fridge in the room. All these facilities had been listed as part of our holiday package along with comfortable accomadation and good standard of service. What a joke!!! The first day we arrived I asked the rep... More

this was deffinetly the worst part of our holliday. The man on night duty was so grumpy, gave my children a row for playing snooker at 9.00pm said it was too noisey!! ....... and they say it has good nightlife...don't think so. The man and women through the day were o.k but we let them post-cards and mail which they... More
