We had an amazing experience during our stay at the Morgan House on 16th & 17th October 2021, the hospitality received was beyond expectations. The food quality was uncomparable, a huge shout out to the cook and the culinary staff who prepared timely delicious meals. We found one of the best employees that Morgan House has is Mr.Subhankar Sarkar, he is a very active and fun loving individual, his service during the stay was beyond imagination, his proactive working and positive vibe made our stay more than comfortable. We never had to ask anything twice as the entire process and service was very efficient. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for making this memorable for our family

The Mystic (and eerie!!)... built by the British Jute Baron, George Morgan in 1930's looks almost otherworldly in its pretence.... the antique Guest House has had esteemed boarders ranging from Uttam Kumar to Nargis in its heydays.... structurally following the Georgian style of architectural design, it is a visual delight

Far away from the hustle and bustle of Kalimpong city this property is situated on the opposite side of a beautiful army golf course at Chandralok. The best property I have ever been. The old bungalow has 6 rooms. Besides this there are few cottages and an annexe building known as Tashiding tourist lodge. On the main buiding i. e. morgan house, all the rooms on the 1st floor among which 101 and 105 are the biggest rooms and 102 is the smallest. 101 is the Kanchenjunga view room whereas 105 has a private balcony. All the rooms are spectacular having small table, cushion chairs. All the rooms have big bathrooms even inside the smallest room. Fireplace does not work anymore. They also provide room heaters. On the ground floor there is a dinning hall and lounge. Food: All the foods from the chicken thali, caramel custard to the Chinese dishes Fried rice and dry chilli chicken were delicious and price is very very reasonable. Don't forget to have a pot of Darjeeling tea while relaxing on the lawn watching the mesmerising view of the surrounding. A review can not describe the beauty of morgan house, you have to be there. Hope to stay again and again and again...
