This is one of the best trips I have ever had and the location, hospitality, food , rooms (almost everything) of the Hotel played a major role, apart from the accompanying friends, in making the trip successful. Every meal we had at the hotel was unexpectedly so delicious and cooked to the perfection. The serenity and scenic views of the... More

Nestled amidst a huge coffee plantation, this hill top resort neatly done up cottages / chalets, all of which provide you some view of the beautiful green valley. Stayed here recently for 2 nights and thoroughly enjoyed the peace and quiet the place provides. The fact that there weren't too many guests staying on those 2 days made it even... More

This resort set amidst 300 acres of working coffee, cardamom and pepper plantations offers a quiet retreat among natural scenery of forests and mountains. It is almost 40 to 50 kms from the major sights, but the solitude offered is worth the extra time spent traveling. However, the sights in Coorg are not that great either. This year, because of... The valley view room was a pleasant experience with good amount of privacy. The resort had all the basic amenities. Pool was well maintained. Campfire was lit every night. Spent a relaxing weekend here.

I stayed in a valley view room..the room was good, spacious and really made a good impression on me. The two problems I faced though was too many insects and the worst was untrained staff with no commitment to work. Still overall I won't say that the stay was bad as the resorts facilities and maintenance was good. Would suggest... More

Porcupine Castle Resort is a perfect place for a tranquil and peaceful retreat. The grounds and accommodations were very clean, comfortable and well maintained. The manager and staff were not only very professional but most importantly they served our group with much hospitality and care. All of our needs were promptly attended to and fulfilled. Like home away from home!
