This bed and breakfast is the perfect place to stay if you are visiting Kenyon College. Betsy, the hostess, keeps it in perfect shape. Each room is quaint and unique. The website clearly details and shows each room. There is a lovely sitting area with a tv (No television in the rooms). The refrigerator in the kitchen is stocked with...

What a gem in a perfect location. We arrived very late due to a delayed flight and Betsy, our host, couldn't have been more gracious! Our room was delightful, the breakfast delicious and the conversation informative and interesting. Hope to return!

My family stayed at the Gambier House while visiting Kenyon College. We keep talking about the incredible breakfast- individual soufflé with avocado salad, fruit, toast and banana crumb cake. It was the best B&B breakfast we've had. The inn was very comfortable, spacious, and well stocked and the innkeeper was both hospitable and knowledgeable about the area and Kenyon College.

I like to stay here in the quaint little town of Gambier at Kenyon College. The library room is perfect. Near the front door and close to the kitchen. Has its own bathroom with an awesome walk in tiled shower.

Staying in this comfortable old house just steps from the Kenyon campus was like visiting a quirky relative who looks after you in every way. Betsy, the owner, manages to be available and unobtrusive at the same time. We stayed in the Library room downstairs which while small has a gas fireplace. There is a parlor for hanging out and...

We stayed at the Gambier House while visiting Kenyon College with our son. The inn is literally on the campus of Kenyon so is very convenient. We stayed in the Old Library room which had space for three. The room was clean and comfortable with a fireplace (gas). The public spaces, including great room with TV and VCR (yes, VCR,...

This was a really nice, lovely place, right in the heart of Kenyon's campus. We went for the weekend just for a getaway, to ride bikes, and to relax. Our hostess gave us great advice about where to eat and how to get to the bike path. There were fresh cookies right out of the over when we arrived as...

Quaint old Victorian and the beds are small and the bathrooms small but the rest is to die for. Quiet, comfortable and great breakfasts. Add into that the owner Betsy and it is absolutely fantastic. It was quiet even during Reunion across the street at Kenyon College. Get your reservations quick and tell Betsy that "Bill sent you"!

My husband and I spent a week in the Carriage House of the Gambier House B & B, and it was roomy and wonderful. It was as though we had our own apartment, and yet Betsy was at hand for anything we wanted or needed. Her breakfasts are delicious, and I can't imagine finding a better place to stay. Betsy,...

Betsy, the Innkeeper is delightful and welcoming. The house is beautiful with lots of sitting areas and right on campus for people visiting students or looking at Kenyon College. The room rates are very affordable and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Betsy served warm pear compote and blueberry pancakes the morning of my stay. Hard to get a room...

“The Drawer Room is amazing but the shower in the bathroom is stifling even for someone who is not claustrophobic. The other room we stayed in had two full size beds and seemed cramped while the Drawer Room seemed bigger - even the bed but the shower in the first room was great. Right down at the end of the hall.”

“Old renovated house with stairs to most bedrooms. We stayed in the drawers room which is quirky but fun. Has a full sized bed, so a couple should ask for a room with a larger bed.”
