We stayed here four days while visiting the area. Del was friendly and efficient in getting our reservation over the phone and then again at check-in. It is not new and flashy- just a quiet place to stay. Room was clean - that is high on our priorities. It is pet friendly- he has a very funny sign at the...

We were looking for a place to spend a few nights while we visited the area. This place was just what we wanted. Clean, roomy, no frills, no problems. Might have gotten more exercise than wanted climbing stairs to second floor!

Roscoe Motor Inn is small. Maybe 18 units. The owner is very friend and the rooms are very clean. No extra frills with your stay such as breakfast but the price was right and we had not complaints. We would stay here again if we are in the area.

It was with apprehension we made this reservation. We have not had good experiences with locally owned hotels in the past. However, I am happy to say we were not disappointed. In fact, we would stay here again, if the owner will have us! The rooms were large. The water pressure amazing. The refrigerator and microwave were very nice. The...

Quaint, family run, friendly, great location!! The rooms are very clean. Staff is extremely helpful. I'll be honest, driving up to the outside, I wasn't sure. But appearances can be deceiving. I ended up having to stay another night in town and there was no doubt that I was going back. Excellent price for a very comfortable stay.

Clean comfortable room with 2 queen beds and plenty of space. Furniture dated(table with 2 chairs, desk and large dresser, nightstand) but in great condition and very functional. Great shower/tub combo with good flow and plenty of hot water. No smells or stains, very clean better than I expected. Towels better quality than most economy rooms. TV worked very well....

Of the three places I stayed upon arrival in the USA, this motel was the cleanest by my alcohol swab testing. Del, the owner, was very helpful with dinning spots in Coshocton. He was always asking.. " Anything I can do,or you need, let me know". Interesting fellow. As I said room was very clean. Spacious with two queen beds,...

Small locally owned Inn. It was clean and comfortable and the price was right. The beds were comfortable and a great shower. It is a little worn but we were only sleeping there. The owner was on site and very helpful. I will stay there again.

Very clean and quiet. Owners were very accommodating to our special needs. Older motel with modern remodel. The bed was the most comfortable I've had on this trip; reminds me of the Hampton Inn mattresses. I will definitely make this my stay over whenever I'm in the area.
