Good Heritage Hotel at the center of Cleveland. Nice rooms and good staff with quality breakfast. Great view with Stadiums near to the hotel. Many restaurants near to the hotel to ensure that you just do not eat at Hotel.

And stayed in the hotel for the event. The room was very large and appropriately decorated. I'll now list pros and cons concerning our visit: CONS ~didn't want to stay in the hotel's garage ($27 per day) but there was a torrential rain when we arrived, so we had little choice. Pulled into the first open spot on the 2nd...

This was the perfect hotel and the perfect location for our weekend jaunt to Cleveland. Cavs Sat and Browns Sun with a lot of fun walking to pubs in between. Room was nice, staff was excellent, and we liked the valet parking as it was a bit congested out front upon arrival. We will stay there again.

This historic hotel is in remarkably good condition with its almost-a-century old architectural details intact. Room on the 8th floor was large, on the back side of the building, and quiet, although the view was of air handling equipment. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in. The restaurant breakfast buffet was OK, not included...

Classic historical hotel from the Lobby, Lobby Bar, marble and detail you will not find in newer construction. Great views of the Public Square and walking distance to so many different places. Rooms are good, however, remember this hotel is ~100 years old. Ask for a room with a view of the Square.

Has a chilled water system that may work OK when it I HOT or COLD outside, but between 45-65 degrees there is only tepid water in the system. As a result, your room is either too hot or to cold. The meeting and exhibit rooms were uncomfortable until we companied greatly - and they finally cooled down. Food at meetings...

Had a short business trip in my wife's home town (The Mistake on the Lake 😜) and the weather is horrible here today. I didn't get a chance to do a lot around the hotel but I did walk out in the rain to see what's around the hotel. There are plenty of things to do in downtown Cleveland. There...

I have stayed at different Marriott properties and generally have an idea of what to expect. I did not expect the service at this Marriott property to be this utterly lacking. The hotel has an old world look and the room was quite nice. However, poor service truly overshadowed my stay. Upon arrival, my boss and I had to handle...

I recently stayed at the Renaissance in Cleveland on a Saturday night. I found the hotel to have a beautiful lobby, great lobby bar, and wonderful restaurant. The staff was friendly and very knowledgeable about the hotel. Because I am a gold member I was upgraded to a suite which was just beautiful. The bathroom was huge with a wonderful...
