My husband and I stayed here for one night. It is an interesting hotel located in an old bank. It has hardwood floors and high ceilings, which are both unusual for a chain hotel. The location is ideal, down the street from public square and close to the restaurants on 4th street. There weren't any sporting events going on at...

This hotel does indeed have large, spacious rooms but I didn't find it very appealing. Hardwood floors in the rooms make it very easy to hear all the footsteps above you. Rooms facing Euclid (which we had) are incredibly noisy on Friday and Saturday nights (and we were on the 14th floor!) There was lots of rowdy guests too making...

We stayed overnight in the downtown Cleveland area for a concert and chose the Holiday Inn Express Cleveland Downtown based on it's proximity to everything we planned to do. We were confident it would be a nice hotel based on skimming some reviews, but had no idea just how gorgeous the rooms would be! The floors were hardwood in the...

Front Desk very friendly and accommodating. Purchased valet parking for $25+ dollars. Complimentary breakfast was full service and not too bad. Our room was clean, (hardwood floors) and had a great view of downtown. We were attending the Cavaliers game and had an easy walk of about 5 minutes. We loved the downtown atmosphere, restaurants, bars and shops and the...

So this hotel isn't all it's cracked up to be, I read some reviews before I booked this hotel and I can't really say they were misleading, but we just had a bad experience. The best part of the hotel was the staff, they were wonderful, very nice, professional, and accommodating, hats off to them, and thank you. Now as...

We enjoyed a one night stay here for a concert at the House of Blues. The location is perfect; easily walkable to many restaurants and event venues. Our room was on the 13 floor and overlooked Playhouse Square, we had a lovely view of the chandelier. The rooms are spacious with huge windows. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was...

We've stayed here before and this is our go-to place when the Steelers play in Cleveland. Spacious room and clean hardwood floors, it's close to the restaurant our son works, plus they've stepped up their breakfast game. Even more convenient to the Q and Progressive Field. Highly recommended.

Hotel not a year old yet. Staff great help, room very clean. Restaurant in hotel, food not too bad. Not a great selection. Bring your own snacks. Will stay here on next visit to Cleveland. Great for Cleveland Clinic patients. Valet parking for $18 a day and shuttles take you to all the clinic locations. No need to drive.

NOT A SAFE HOTEL!!!!! There was a mixup with my reservation. I was supposed to have a two night stay but was checked out after the first night. When I return the second evening to the hotel there was someone else in my room. My items had been packed up and put behind the desk. The general manager told me...
