Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We had a lovely 2 night Pamper package experience at the country retreat. Hazel organised our Massage, a wonderful long lunch at The Salopian Inn and an incredible homemade breakfast delivered every morning. The electric bikes were fun to explore the trails. We left here feeling relaxed and refreshed. Thank you

We spent 3 nights at Mulberry Lodge celebrating our anniversary in early September. Hazel and Nick were wonderful hosts, nothing was too much trouble. The room was cosy and beautifully appointed and surrounding grounds were spacious and colourful - a wonderful place to enjoy breakfast (which was tastingly different every morning!) A short stroll through the rear paddock and you're on the Shiraz trail - so there is plenty to keep you busy and relaxed ! 10/10 - and will be back

Mulberry Hill is a hidden gem in McLaren Vale. From booking to staying the process was seamless with Hazel and Nic the best hosts. Hazel has thought of everything and was so warm and engaging to deal with. The rooms were spotless with a beautiful garden view, the breakfast exceptional, cooked and prepared each morning and worthy of a lovely cafe. The information provided and offer to help you plan was also the best we’ve encountered. Being on the Shiraz trail and having access to e bikes was a bonus and we enjoyed a super day riding through this beautiful area. I would highly recommend this bnb if you have the chance to go.

Extremely comfortable room. Underfloor heating in bathroom was appreciated. Breakfast was a treat. Well cooked and a very relaxing way to start the day. Even the 12 hour power failure was not an issue.

What a fantastic experience. Took my now fiancée Yuliya on a 3 night Mulberry Lodge / heli-swag adventure for a surprise proposal. Hazel and Nic were outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble. They went above and beyond to help deliver the best most romantic experience. Thank you all so much for perfect memories for a lifetime. Oh and their Guest App was a fantastic way of enjoying all that the experience has to offer. Well done. ❤️

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Mulberry Lodge located in South Australia’s McLaren Vale wine district. Hazel was a wonderful host, and nothing was too much trouble. Her generous breakfast hampers provided a wonderful start to the day. We loved sitting outside in our private dining area enjoying the peaceful, secluded garden setting. The complimentary electric bikes were a great way to explore the Shiraz trail and the adjacent townships of McLaren Vale and Willunga. Aptly described as a couple’s retreat, we highly recommend a stay at Mulberry Lodge.

A tranquil, relaxing retreat which is perfect if you are looking for a holiday destination to get away from it all. The gardens are just lovely. This is a beautifully presented accommodation with superb attention to detail. The hosts, Hazel and Nik, are always near at hand if required but never encroach on your privacy. Breakfast delivered every morning was always a highlight! Beach, countryside, wineries and shops all very close at hand. We will return and highly recommend!

We had a lovely 2 night stay in this delightful retreat. It was bought as a gift for a special birthday. The lodge is beautiful and comfortable with everything you need. Comfortable bed, cosy sitting area and the bathroom is luxurious with underfloor heating. Hazel was there to welcome us and show us around. The little touches like the delicious treats and heating on were much appreciated. It's lovely and peaceful with a beautiful garden vista to enjoy. The breakfast's were delicious and delivered to our door each morning. Today it was warmer so we sat outside to enjoy our breakfast and listen to the birds. There's so much to enjoy in this region, the many wineries, the beach isn't too far and Willunga itself has some lovely shops and eateries. Would highly recommend if you are looking for somewhere to stay.

Found this lovely spot Mulberry Lodge just south of Adelaide just as a get away for 2 of us in July. What a fantastic spot, Perfect for couples relaxing weekend, first class class Garden Retreat accommodation, with fine wineries located all around McLaren Vale, dining at its best. Mulberry lodge offers a wonderful welcoming experience and the best breakfasts in the world!! We rode bikes, on the bike track, through the vineyards, walked to Willunga for the Saturday Markets, You could have been in a French village, but we were in Good old SA. Many thanks Hazel & Nik for your hospitality .. we will be back when it warms up Cheers MMC
