What a wonderful couples retreat, has absolutely everything to be self contained, the views and accomodation are fantastic. Has all you need to cook, lots of cutlery, crockery, pots and pans, we stayed 4 nights in The Sanctuary Villa, with a wood fire, which was amazing, all wood provided!! Very clean, very peaceful, lovely hosts, there if you need them but they leave you to enjoy, I cannot rate highly enough. Bed was super comfy, linen and towels very good. Had slippers and dressing gowns, washing machine and drying rack, DVD player. Only a 15 odd minute drive to Victor.

An absolutely beautiful, luxurious villa. Peaceful and a great view from the balcony. Lots of bird life and kangaroos in the late afternoon. Lovely amenities and well equipped. Definitely will be back

Thank you for our beautiful stay. Highly recommended accommodation. Villa has everything you need for a short term stay- although we could stay permanently with a view like this! Bathroom very spacious, bed super comfy, kitchen well equipped to cook at the venue if you wish & decor just gorgeous. Villas such a credit to owners Jenny and JP who were fantastic hosts. Can’t wait to stay again and will pass our recommendation on to interstate and local friends.

If you're familiar with the Green Michelin Guides, an attraction with 3 stars is "Worth The Trip" and I think this place kind of fits that category. My wife and I stayed here for 5 nights, almost by accident. Another booking in McLaren Vale had fallen through for us, it was late in the day, and we had no idea where we'd be staying on that first night. But innkeepers Jenny and J.P. rose to the occasion, responding very quickly to our email enquiry and offering us their best of three units. They would have everything ready for us within the hour. And it was! This country inn is, to be very honest, a bit off the beaten path. But therein lies a lot of its charm. We were blown away with the views and with the wildlife we could see from our balcony: kangaroos and colourful songbirds were frequent visitors. And the view of the valley down to Victor Harbor was the stuff of picture postcards. What a treat! Our unit was spacious and spotless. We lacked for nothing. If we ever return to this part of Australia, we will return for sure.

We stayed in the Serenity Villa and had a fantastic getaway weekend. Jenny and JP were the perfect discreet hosts who were in contact as soon as I had booked, welcomed us to the villa then left us to ourselves but were on hand if needed. The location is ideal for a couples getaway, with floor to ceiling views down the valley to the coast from bedroom and living area, but the villas are positioned to ensure 100% privacy. It was an amazing view to wake up to. The villa lived up to the luxury tag with everything provided, the bed was amazing with beautiful linen. The breakfast provisions were generous and varied including multiple flavour options for the coffee machine and a great selection of tea. If you are looking for restaurants they are a short 15 minute drive into Victor Harbor. We will be back.
