Property's Favourite Review
We are repeat customers having our first visit less than 3 months ago. An excellent environment to enjoy a quiet winter escape from the city and the location provided the fantastic views to enjoy on the colder and wet winter days. In close proximity to seaside and country towns for provisions, meals and takeaway. Also convenient to many tourist attractions. Accommodation is exceptionally clean and provisions are good. Huge quality kitchen, bathroom and lounge area encompassing the soft and comfortable KS bed with quality linen and covers. Air conditioners make the rooms very comfortable. We stayed in the Sky Villa again and on arrival received a friendly welcome by our host Mark, which we appreciated. The farm animals and visiting kangaroos created interest together with the bird life which we can be enjoyed from the decking or the comfortable cushioned lounges. In summary, accommodation is overall 5 Star luxury. We will be back.

We had such a lovely stay in the Serenity Villa. The views from the balcony were amazing and we had such a relaxing time. We had a great day exploring the local area. Everything we needed was there for us and it was just a special place to stay.

We loved the tranquillity of our stay, the ambience was surreal. Waking up to the silence of a time we had forgotten with the occasional chirping of birds . Watching the occasional roo feeding and the cows in the distant fields. I especially enjoyed the star lit nights , you could almost reach out and touch them from the balcony. We didn't really need to fire up the wood fire, but I'm so glad we did as it added to the tranquillity We intended to eat out for dinners but we enjoyed going to Woolworths at Victor Harbor and whipping up our dinners . Though we did cheat and had food from the Woolworths Sushi Bar ( they made fresh what we wanted) We are from Sydney and we wished we had stayed more than a couple of days. We would of loved a few more days to do absolutely nothing, but just take in the surroundings, read a book or make jigsaw puzzles. We will go back and will stay longer

A relaxing place to stay just out of Victor Harbor. Would highly recommend. Clean and extremely comfortable. Set in bushland with lots of wildlife around. Owners care well for the property. Loved it! Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again or to recommend to others.

We did not hesitate to book a 5 night stay in Sky Villa when planning for our Wedding Anniversary. This is our 3rd stay in this fabulous location. Perfect views of the hills and the distant ocean together with the alpacas, the sheep, distant cows and the visiting birdlife make it a perfect place to relax. Nearby walks in the bush or the access road make for good exercise. A balcony setting is ideal for appreciation of the surrounding farms and the sunsets whilst enjoying drinks or a meal. Accommmodation is immaculately clean with attention to detail. Provisions are good. Comfortable KS bed and lounges with soft carpets. Convenient to nearby coastal towns and country townships for meals and takeaway and for tourist attractions.

The villa lives up to its name. Luxury, spotless, stunning views, nice inclusions. Highly recommend for a getaway and to recharge. Well situated in the country but handy to Adelaide, Victor Harbor and the Swagmans Grill restaurant.

Absolutely stunning! Gorgeous view! we slept with the blinds open so that we would wake to the sun coming up over the valley. The villa itself was immaculate, beautiful quality. We would definitely stay again.

I have nothing but positive feedback for our stay at Seascape Retreat. Beautiful accommodation (Sky Villa), very clean, beautifully decorated, full kitchen, bed was super comfy, views are stunning….even the alpacas were beautiful bonus! Only negative…we should have booked for longer…we didn’t want to leave. Tracey and Mark were very accommodating to our needs and easy to communicate with. We were extremely happy with our short stay…and will definitely be back for a longer stay next time. 100 recommend for an intimate stay or just some time out.
