If you are a hiking nut this place would be great. The accommodation was comfortable albit a bit run down however the air conditioning worked well and the sheets were clean. The place is set in the valley between picturesque hills and has a lot of wildlife to offer. Just a warning there is no wifi or phone service but that might be a good thing for some. We stayed for two nights and overall enjoyed ourselves

We had a great stay with a group of friends. So much to do close by. The accomodation was clean and comfortable. A well equipped kitchen with all that we needed for fun evenings on the deck and by the fire. The hosts were warm and welcoming with fantastic local knowledge on where to walk and visit. Would recommend to couples and groups alike!

Just got home after a fantastic night at Pichi Richi park. After 3 days at Wilpena pound resort we decided to stay a night in or around Quorn before we returned to Adelaide. Our hosts were more then hospitable. Travelling with a 3yr old and 5month old, our hosts gave us their own bassinet to use for our stay. Accommodation was comfortable, with more then enough room for our family of 4. We chose to purchase some firewood ($15) which lasted the whole night, though there could have been a bit more kindling to make lighting easier. My partner and I shared a bottle of wine (or 2) by the outdoor fire while the kids slept close by. A lovely end to a fantastic few days in the Flinders ranges. Great location, great hosts, happy travellers.

Great family friendly spot at the gateway to the outback, Hamish and Belinda are great hosts and make you feel like family. Cabins are very generous in size and facilities are good. We stayed in Winter so the heating and electric blankets were very welcome .

This unique accommodation has a mix of private accommodation and shared accommodation which is great for groups.

Set amongst the Flinders Ranges the views are quite spectacular with some great walking trails for even better views from the top of the range. Wildlife in close proximity.

We stayed as a part of a group and utilised the shared facilities including bathroom.

Run by a young family who catered for the group and did a good job. Very hospitable.

Not licensed as yet.

Also used as a Yoga and Meditation Retreat.

Amazing cabin facing North with a view of Devils Peak, lovely spot, so peaceful and no access to wi-fi, mobile network was awesome. And of course, Binky the dog, who ran to you like he'd not seen you for ages, was lovely.

We were lucky enough to have the place to ourselves. Hamish was an excellent host. We purchased some firewood and had a great fire each night of our stay. It was great for an adventurous toddler to explore with plenty of wildlife to watch. The cabin was well resourced and very comfortable. The north cabin has a great view of Devils Peak but also overlooks the group facilities. The south cabin faces the rear of the property with a direct mountain view and no facilities in between. Would highly recommend this place!

Hi, if you don’t have a car is there a bus or train that drops you near the park?
Answer from Hamish G
Hi Karen, Our nearest towns are Port Augusta or Quorn. If you are able to organise transport to either of these towns we could collect you from there. Feel free to give us a call to discuss some options and when you would like to come and visit us. thanks Pichi Richi Park
